Who we are
Hermetika is developed by Aresoft Studios, Chile. For any data matters: contacto@hermetika.cl.
What we collect
· Your account: when you sign in with Google (Firebase Authentication) we receive your display name, email and profile photo. · Alpha application: your Discord username, the games you play and your motivation. · Your game: matches played and their results, ranking and the decks you build. · Site usage: we measure with Google Analytics 4 and anonymized IP (pages visited and actions such as searching the Grimoire or submitting the form). We use only first-party measurement cookies — no advertising or third-party commercial cookies.
Where it lives
On Google Cloud / Firebase infrastructure (USA) and, for site content and images, on Cloudflare's global network.
How we use it
To manage access to test phases, operate the game (matching duels, keeping history and ranking) and improve Hermetika. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your data by writing to contacto@hermetika.cl. Deleting your account removes your personal data; duel history may be kept anonymized for game balance.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the effective date on this page.
